In preparation for my birthday party this year, my mum and I decided to make some homemade chutneys and mustard, for the massive cheeseboard I want to have. These li'l beauties turned out absolutely deliciously. These recipes are surprising very easy and simple. The basic idea is to chop up the ingredients and then let them stew for a while until the liquids reduce down and become all lovely and sticky sweet. And the mustard is also super straightforward, definitely worth having a go (and probably a bit cheaper than store bought too!).

If you want the chutneys/mustard to keep for a while, make sure you sanitise the jars you mean to put them in. We did this by boiling them in a big pot of water for 10 minutes, quick and easy!

Let me know if you guys try any of these recipes or if you have any recipes i should try out!
