There are some amazingly talented and inspirational women in this wonderful world, and in a time when I am feeling a bit uninspired and deflated I turn to my favorites to boost my mood once again! As a person with many different interests, it makes sense that I would have different idols for each one. Though I am sure that you all know these incredibly gifted women, I thought that I'd share them anyways.
Health & Fitness:

Carly Rowena
As a qualified personal trainer and active life enthusiastic, Carly posts some awesome and effective gym and home-based exercise videos along with some deliciously healthy recipes and the occasional lifestyle video. She's all about maintaining a healthy lifestyle whilst still living life to the fullest.

Sarah's Day
Sarah is an Australian-based fitness enthusiast and a massive foodie, she is constantly posting drool-worthy recipes and photos and has plenty of workout videos to choose from too. She is all about holistic and wholesome nutrition and listening to your body, her positivity and sense of humor is contagious!
Spirituality & Mental Well-being:

Rochelle Fox
A co-founder of the company Mindspo, Rochelle is a global entrepreneur who teaches meditation to people all around the world. Her message and outlook on life is such an inspiration and always bring a bit of positivity into my life (check out my meditaion post for more info!).

Cartia Mallan
Another Australian-based beauty, Cartia is all about leading an authentic and fulfilling life. At such a young age she is full of knowledge about life, self-love and growth. Not only has she taught me about being true to myself and manifestation but watching her videos is honestly an experience in itself, she is an artist.
Life & Other Stuff:

Melanie Murphy Melanie is a lovely and relatable life, fashion and advice YouTuber based in Ireland, she recently won an award for a short film she made about abortion in Ireland and the controversy surrounding it. She is always chatting about life, experiences and girly stuff, she is just such a comfort to watch.

Hannah Witton
Hannah is a vlogger, author and educator in all things sex and relationships. Having achieved a degree in Sexual History and published a book about all things sex called 'Doing It!', she is full of knowledge about sex, love, dating, hormones, and health among many other things. An incredibly intelligent and empowering woman who is not only a joy to watch but has also taught me a lot.

Poppy Deyes
Poppy is a blogger and writer who owns my favourite blog ever. She posts about fashion, life, food and is honestly blog goals. As a budding blogger, I love to see what she doing and getting inspiration for my own blog whilst enjoying all the creative and enjoyable content she posts.

Bodylove
Though these girls could fall in any category I thought they fitted best here. Bodylove is a New Zealand based community created by the talented Abbey and Courtney , who aim to create a safe and empowering environment for women of all ages. Focusing on teaching women to love and value themselves, maintaining a balanced and healthy life, and just genuinely having a good time. The message they spread is one I feel is so important and is definitely needed in an era like this, so full of positive vibes!
Go check them all out!
